In our language, ‘Studio Session’ means training in our studio with full access to the specially designed Pilates equipment as well as learning the Mat (no equipment) repertoire. Our unique, personal service gives you the highest degree of supervision in the profession, ensuring safety, attention and best results.
We also offer Concession Rates to Seniors and Full-time Students, and Loyalty Programme discounts. Some Health Funds offer rebate for our services; check our current Health Fund List to see if and how to apply.
Private vs. Semi-Private Instruction…It’s up to you
Every new Studio Client is required to attend at least two Private Sessions, which is why we’ve included them in our Intro Package. Each of these 60-minute Private Sessions serve as assessments, orientation and introduction to the first stage of Pilates-based and/or GYROTONIC® movement.
After the Private Assessments, you can then remain as a Private Session client, or shift into the Semi-Private Sessions. Semi-Private Sessions consist of supervised, small groups of clients (no more than 4 per instructor), each person working on their own specially designed programme.
Studio Sessions occur during our normal business hours Weekdays 6-12pm, 4-8pm and Saturdays 8-12pm.
fitBABES: Our Pregnancy Pilates Programme
We developed fitBABES to meet the unique scheduling and fitness needs of pre and postpartum mum’s. You’ll be instructed by our highly trained practitioners, with expertise in using the Pilates Method to help women recover and thrive with pregnancy.
If you decide to bring them along, your bub is very welcome here. We don’t run a creche; instead, we make sure this important bonding time between mum and babe is respected by keeping your child nearby so you can interact as needed. At times you’ll have your bub near you on the floor or comfortably sleeping in their pram. Other times, we’ll incorporate them into your workout, such as riding with you on the Reformer.
