It’s the end of Week 1 of the Australia-wide shutdown and we are all feeling the stress and the lethargy (I love binge watching Buffy online…but even I’m starting to get ‘square eyes’).
I’m here for you… let’s go.
Your Health and Movement is the Goal
Temporarily closing the studio made me reexamine why and how we do our business.
Our ultimate goal has always been to help you move and feel better. The question becomes “How do we do that in the current lockdown and continue providing our services and unique personal approach whilst you are home or on the road?”
Challenge accepted, Universe.
Welcome to our Revolution
RevolutionGo will be your online pathway to your teachers and your continued health. RevolutionGo is where you will join us on the virtual mat with your fellow students in our supervised Small Group Classes and in Private Instruction.
After testing with my Pilates guinea pigs, I’m convinced it’s the way forward, and I’m positive it’ll be retained after the current crisis has passed.
Phase 1 Rollout Monday 30 March
This will be reestablishing previous Group Classes and creating the beginnings of a new expanded Group Class menu.
If you are interested in joining us, email me and I’ll hook you up. Until I give you the go-ahead, please refrain from booking yourself in or purchasing classes online.
Once I’ve created the booking, I’ll introduce you to the new process. It’ll be fun… honest.
Phase 2 Rollout Monday 6 April
This will be the official rollout of Private and Semi Private Sessions online. We will try to meet the need of those that want more supervision similar to previous Studio Sessions.
Head over to the website to get an idea of the updated scheduling. We will be fluid with our decisions on the future of RevolutionGo so we welcome feedback.
Connection is Everything
A participant in today’s DynamiCORE class made two observations:
- It was lovely to interact with her 6am Friday DynamiCORE buddies. She had missed the connection.
- Though she’s been coming to us for years and knows the Method well, she admitted she wouldn’t have done a class on her own and appreciated being told what to do.
Those wise observations are true for all of us. Let Revolution continue to be a valued connection point, the place you can meet your friends and groan and laugh and feel better.
If you have any questions, please email me. Keep safe, and we’ll be see each other soon thriving online.
