BOOTYCAMP® |
- | 1/2 hour outdoor cardio session followed by 1/2 hour Pilates-based floorwork and stretching. Improves overall strength, maintains/increases muscle while decreases fat. Experience the most time-efficient, fun and body-changing workout around! Download brochure (pdf). |
