DYNAMIC CORE®

- Circuit class using traditional and evolved Pilates movements, both floor and equipment repertoire. Initially designed for our triathelete and sports clientele, it has become popular with those looking for a fun, early morning start. Download brochure (pdf).

BOOTYCAMP®

- 1/2 hour outdoor cardio session followed by 1/2 hour Pilates-based floorwork and stretching. Improves overall strength, maintains/increases muscle while decreases fat. Experience the most time-efficient, fun and body-changing workout around! Download brochure (pdf).

Next 6-Week Beginner Pilates Courses Commencing Monday, March 8th, 2010 & Saturday March 13th.

A 1.5 hour GYROKINESIS® class will run every 7 weeks on Monday night, 6pm. The next Special Format Class occurs February 22nd.  Book asap to ensure a place in this exciting format which builds on the 1 hour repertoire.
