Payment & Cancellation Policies
All New Clients must pay in full for their first appointment at the time of booking. In the case of a Course we require payment in full to confirm and guarantee your booking. This can be done by credit card on the phone or by visiting the studio before your appointment. Let us know if we are to mail your receipt or hold for you to pick up at the studio.
All Session purchases are non-refundable and have a maximum 3 month-expiration from date of purchase. Purchases for Courses, such as the 6-Week Beginner Pilates, expire at the end of the course, while Monthly Memberships expire after a one month period from the beginning of the membership start date.
Any Cancellation or No Show, which is not supplied with 24-hours notice, may attract a Cancellation Fee.
