This course was created for the ‘newbie’ who’s keen to properly experience the unique Pilates Method Floor repertoire (ie no equipment involved) in a small group rather than the more highly supervised Studio repertoire (floor and equipment-based).
This 6-week course (1 class per week) is designed to acquaint you with the principles & repertoire of the Method & prepare you for our more advanced Open Pilates Classes.
